Job Summary
We are seeking experienced and highly motivated individuals to join our growing team! The team members are the face of QuikWash and plays an integral role in our customer’s experience. You will build rapport with customers, answer questions about our carwash offerings, sell memberships (with commission), and help customers navigate through the QuikWash experience!
Responsibilities:
- Sell memberships to customers
- Answer questions about QuikWash (an express carwash is oftentimes a new experience for our customers)
- Direct the flow of cars and guide them into the carwash tunnel
- Ground maintenance and cleaning facilities
- Please note: there is a lot of standing on the job.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing for long periods
- Excellent cleaning habits
- Familiarity with the carwash industry
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
